Dr Alan H. Skull, founder and director of Skull Publishing Services Limited, has 25 years of experience in the production of both printed and electronic scientific publications. Alan is a physicist/chemist with a working knowledge of information sources on chemical engineering, hazardous chemicals, agrochemicals, chemical business information, and catalysed reactions.

During a career with the Royal Society of Chemistry he was involved, at production or project manager level, in the production of current awareness databases, databanks, journals, books and directories.

Alan is an experienced user of MS Office as well as search and retrieval software for publication production and has good knowledge of electronic information products, e.g. Web-based databases, CD-ROMs, and traditional online services.
